Shen Zhang (张屾)

2023-Present: Postdoc Fellow, Xuanwu Hospital, Capital Medical University & Chinese Institute for Brain Research, Beijing. Co-supervised with Prof. Guoguang Zhao.

2015-2023: Ph.D., School of Biological Science and Medical Engineering, Beihang University.

2009-2013: B.S., School of Electronic and Information Engineering, Beihang University.

Experiences:

Shen obtained his Ph.D. from the School of Biomedical Engineering at Beihang University. During his Ph.D. studies, Shen's research focused on the use of optical-based non-invasive methods to assess brain activity, and from the perspective of functional connectivity and networks, to early identify and screen for cognitive clinical diseases, including neonatal hypoxic-ischemic brain injury and mild cognitive impairment in the elderly.
